He has only delivered one eight minute speech from the Bully Pulpit, seated behind the Resolute Desk.
Moreover, he would greatly benefit by giving regular press conferences from the Brady Briefing Room at times that would compel broad media coverage.
Finally, his rallies just preach to the choir, while he has done precious little to expand his appeal and covert more voters to his side.
