They could do better but considering documents etc. have been kept from them, and Swiffs already has coached/investigated and worked with these witnesses prior it’s truly a hard ball to lift. It was originally in response to a poster asking if there was any process in the House where they can impeach the President and not have it go to the Senate at all.
This is how.
I do think it's unlikely that the Democrats could sustain this all the way out the next October, though.
