That was at the time when the big battles were raging in Ukraine. And Obama sent them broken down mil surplus garbage. The Ukrainians were not happy about it. He also sent 250 Iraq surplus MRAPs to Croatia of all places as those battle raged. The whole thing was a farce and I want to vomit watching the Dems trash Trump over Ukraine today.
