Gordon Sondland, the U.S. ambassador to the European Union, will testify before the House Intelligence Committee on Wednesday, Nov. 20, as part of the impeachment probe into President Donald Trump.

So its all hearsay again and nothing of probative value except for his opinion.
Sondland cannot testify to fact. Who cares?
But the Justice Department said in a letter to Congress in June that the Durham review was "broad in scope and multifaceted, and is intended to illuminate open questions regarding the activities of U.S. and foreign intelligence services as well as non-governmental organizations and individuals."
But the escalation of Durham's inquiry into a criminal case is politically important to Republicans, who call the Russia investigation the work of "biased" conspirators within a "deep state" who abused their powers out of political animus toward Trump and his campaign.

Agree. This isn’t about facts it’s about perception. The democrats have to get public opinion over 60% for any hope of having the senate remove Trump. This testimony might have given it to them. Trump should not have had Giuliani mentioned the Biden’s or Burisma, and he shouldn’t have either.
THERE HAS ALWAYS BEEN THE STIPULATION THAT ALL CORRUPTION BE INVESTIGATED.
It is no surprise that Giuliani would want that to be taken care of. So, what’s the BIG DEAL.

I always thought Giuliani was a bad idea. He is a NYC pol, after all, and the game is played “differently” with those guys. He comes across as a mob fixer. I’m not saying he is, but that is how he comes across.
We are headed into some very interesting times.
Rudy, at the time, was defending PDJT against the Mueller investigation. Mueller prosecuted Manafort for his dealings in Ukraine based on Ukraine sourced payments and tax fraud.
There is no doubt Trump wanted to know WTF was going on in Ukraine related to 2016. Rudy discovered the Biden issue and told Trump the DNC was behind digging up dirt on Manafort.
It’s interesting that Mueller was disinterested in the DNC role in Ukraine related to 2016.
One thing about Trump, it’s about right and wrong, and hitting back.
He is NOT going to stand down, and I suspect will double down, separating the two issues.
1. Yes, he wants to see the Ukrainians fess up to their attempt to bring him down in 2016.
2. Yes, he’d like to see where the money went that we sent to the Ukraine and how it ties in with Burisma and Hunter Biden.
In short, he’ll double down, and say I’m protecting the assets of this country.
They have no idea who they’re playing with.
One last thought. Isn’t there anybody who has the guts to stand behind our president?
