I'm a veteran. No one here has denigrated THE uniform, just HIS uniform. It is being worn not in respect but in defiance of his commander in chief and oath of office. The only one disrespecting the uniform is Vindman and I'm proud of my fellow FReepers for calling him out on it.
That’s true, and Vindman should have appeared in civilian clothes, his usual dress at the NSC. His appearance in uniform is clearly a part of the Democrat Party to advance a certain narrative. He is a willing participant in this charade and is demonstrating his political allegiances. My point is to insult Vindman and not the Army uniform that he is wearing.
I’m sure that they’ll follow up during questioning.
They already have holes in Vindman’s testimony. It’s just a matter of time.

Is anybody watching vindman’s lawyer? He looks more nervous than Vindman. If his client doesn’t follow the script he, the lawyer, might have his ass in a sling too.
Lawyers who become politicians often do so because they suck at the practice of law. An experienced and competent trial lawyer would structure the Q & A along the lines that you suggest. In all fairness, however, an effective cross-examination takes time to develop, and 5 minutes, 30 minutes, and even 60 minutes may not be enough time to score points.

Pretty clear now that LTC Vindman was the source for the Whistle-blower ...which would be a crime. Plus the LTC previously testified on oath that he didn’t know who the whistle-blower was.
Schiff rule: You can talk about it so long as it doesn’t reveal what a partisan coup this is under my guise.

Lt. Col. Vindman has repeatedly claimed that the President “demanded” investigations on the July 25th call.
We’ve all read the transcript of the call. There was no demand, no mention of aid, no quid pro quo.
