House Democrats on Saturday released a transcript of closed-door testimony from career foreign service officer and Vice President Pence staffer Jennifer Williams.
Williams was among the officials on the July 25 call between President Trump and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky. She is also one of the only witnesses who has testified that has firsthand knowledge of the exchange.
During the famed July 25 call, the president asked his foreign counterpart for a favor: He wanted Kyiv to open anti-corruption investigations into former Vice President Joe Biden and his son Hunter Biden, who was employed by Burisma in the Obama era.
This is one of the many rounds of private testimony that has been released by the House recently. Public hearings in front of the House Intelligence Committee are expected to resume next week.

Are they going to conduct these ‘hearings’ seven days a week with no ending date in sight?
If so, I suspect some news stations will lessen their focus after Thanksgiving. They have a lot of Christmas and Holiday programs to air. The ads have most likely been sold months ago.

Yet the actual transcript does not reflect that version bandied about by Dems.
They must be using Schiff-for-Brain's phone call parody as their source.

NOTBALE: Williams testified that Trump had mentioned Burisma during the call with Zelensky but sent a letter last week amending her testimony.
It was Zelensky, not Trump, that mentioned Burisma.

I just scanned the Morrison transcript. Boy does Schiff (I assume he is the “chairman” refered to) ask leading questions.
All in all I think these hearings should be titled “The Washington Butthurt Hearings.”

If not that is all we need. What any given witness says they heard is irrelevant.
There's the first bald-faced lie in this piece. Pres. Trump never requested an investigation. He never used the word investigation.
Q: To your knowledge, was there -- or recollection, was there any reference to any of the investigations into Bunisma, the Bidens, or 2OL6 during that phone call?
A. No there was not.
So the article is pure BS. This is why held secret testimony and then release a transcript of the testimony. Because they know most people will never read the actual transcript so they can report lies and most people will not be any the wiser that they are lying.
Schifftzhead leaks this crap and his witnesses run for the tall grass as soon as it goes to open hearing and a Republican Congress person gets ( which is not often) to ask a question. BS news and a nothingburber, while documents leaking point to John Kerry and Hunter Biden getting hugh money kick backs. OAN is running a story about it now.

Somebody must have reminded Mz. Williams about perjury statutes. She didn’t wait to be called to an open hearing before amending her remarks.
Me thinks the noose is tightening and not around DJT’s neck. If DOJ ever get off their arses the feces will hit the fan.
