Former US Ambassador to Ukraine Marie Yovanovitch testified Friday that the Obama administration was so concerned about Hunter Biden’s job on Burisma’s board of directors that she was asked prep questions about the issue by White House staffers before her 2016 Senate confirmation.
In response to questions from GOP counsel Stephen Castor, Yovanovitch testified at the House Intelligence Committee’s second public impeachment hearing that she had been informed about the lucrative gig Hunter Biden landed with the petroleum producer — which paid the son of then-Vice President Joe Biden as much as $50,000 a month despite his seeming lack of relevant experience — but took no action when she arrived at her post.

The spreadsheet printout that I saw a couple days ago for Burisma disbursements to Hunter Biden showed consistent monthly payments of $83,333. Multiply that by 12 and you get an even $1M per year. And yet the media continues to parrot the lower figure that was leaked weeks ago.
The dumocraps keep talking about “wanting to get Yovanovich “out of the way” - he didn’t and doesn’t need any reason to get rid of an ambassador so she can cry all she wants but she’s not guaranteed a job.

There's also a series of State Dept memos expressing "concern" about Hunter Biden's
Burisma activities. These need to be entered into the hearing record.

Ukraine has been leaking like crazy-——trying to make amends.
They backed 2016 Hillary 1000%.
Trump notices things like that.......cackle.
Would not surprise me if Donald is in possession if the “Do not Prosecute” list, Yovanovich told Congress under oath “did not happen.”
There was actually $0.33 on the end of that so it was a penny shy of a million. Plus, he did that for over 3 years and netted $3.1M, roughly.
This gal said she was interested in rooting out corruption in the Ukraine but apparently was not concerned with clear corruption by the Bidens.
Conclusion: she is a leftist partisan, not the nonpartisan public servant she holds herself out to be.
The Democrats do have another option, and I haven’t seen it mentioned _anywhere_ (which means it could happen ;-) ).
They could vote to censure Trump—sorta mollifies the base, but does not require Senate hearings....

Yovanovich also just testified in the hearing that SHOKIN, the prosecutor fired after Biden threatened to withhold aid, WAS INVESTIGATING BURISMA and HUNTER BIDEN. This disputes the “conspiracy theory” argument by Dems that he was NOT investigating Burisma and was only fired due to popular world opinion (IMF, etc)
Hunter Biden and his Ukrainian gas firm colleagues had multiple contacts with the Obama State Dept during the 2016 election cycle:
one contact occured just a month before his dad, then-VP Joe Biden, forced Ukraine to fire the prosecutor
who was investigating Burisma for corruption, newly released memos show.
During that Feb 2016 contact, a US rep for Burisma Holdings sought a meeting with Undersecretary of State Catherine A. Novelli
to discuss ending the corruption allegations against Burisma (leveraging the Biden name and connections),
