Hate to make a note....But the Sonland lunch call to the President...Say it was noon (12:00) in Ukraine....the time diff is 5 (five) hours....so he called the President at 7:00 AM EST. Yeh...right...
Hope I'm right here....since the President said he didn't remember the call.

It is a 6 hour difference when DST is in effect. 7 hours now.
