Under the rules of the Congress, they can fashion it into an additional charge. As an attorney heres the part I would advise my client to simply put his damn tweet away and pipe down and get back to worklet it just play out rather than making matters worse. You gotta just know they are having heart attacks over this just now over there. Youd be insane or delusional to somehow spin that little incident into something positive. He stepped in it big time.
I'm very afraid so.
He didnt say anything bad. He just said shes a disaster, which is true. The Ukrainian President said she sucked .
Buzz off.
If you were my attorney I would have fired you before you finished your post.
its 2019...theres twitter..you gotta learn to adjust..
This time! This time!
They got him, and on a tweet!
Sweet!
Trump is goading them to impeach.
Once they do, they’re no longer in control of the process or narrative.
Wouldn’t surprise me in the least that the Dems eventually do not impeach saying that they don’t want to waste their time as the Republican Senate won’t do their job, so why bother?
Question: if a tweet is intimidation, then why isn't releasing the actual transcripts of telephone calls also intimidation of the witnesses who were going to testify about them?
It's only intimidation to people who were going to be less than truthful, which is what cross-examination is all about, right?
It seems to me that for three years the Democrats have been trying to call Trump's defense of himself obstruction and intimidation.
Trump is guilty of obstructing their coup against him and intimidating future conspirators into not participating in an illegal activity.
