He’s making up rules as he goes along.
They need just finish with counsel and then go to questioning so Stefanik can get her questions in.

He just asked her if she had first hand information to any of the issues at hand, she said no to all, Nunes questioned why she was even appearing as a witness.
Nunes yields time to another member of the committee and Schitt gavels and interrupts, not allowing her to proceed.

If I were Nunes I would ask Stefanik to give him her written questions so he or Minority Counsel could do something with them. They must be pretty powerful for Shifty to be so afraid to let Stefanik do her questioning.
Woman asking woman is what is preferred, as in the BlaseyFord case. It takes away the optics of the mean white man asking the helpless female woman hard questions.
