Actually, Schifty set the rules so the dems can but repubs can’t yield time. Nunes was baiting him to show the garbage rule, or to allow the effective questioning.

IIRC, it came out a week or so ago that Schitt was going to cherry-pick what and who he wanted, and would make up the rules on a case-by-case basis. Frankly, I’m surprised he’s allowing anyone but main Counsel to do any questioning.
