She’s totally wrong about that. It’s very easy for Americans to imagine the judiciary as being viewed as a tool to be used against political adversaries. Most of President Trump’s most important initiatives have been stalled by leftist activists running to the nearest leftist federal judge before the ink is dry on any Trump EO, or change in some departmental policy.

Agree, the GOP counsel is as boring as the witness. None of this has anything to do with anything. He fired me, he won’t do what I want to do, he’s obstructing me from disobeying his orders, etc.
