Trump goes after Adam Schiff at Louisiana rally for GOP governor nominee

President Donald Trump on Thursday night used a political rally in Louisiana, billed as a late-race assist to the Republican candidate for governor, to blast the Democrats’ impeachment inquiry and insult House Intelligence Chairman Adam B. Schiff.

“While we are creating jobs and killing terrorists, the radical left - Democrats - are ripping our country apart,” he said to boos from the crowd inside the CenturyLink Center in Bossier City. He later accused Democrats of trying to “sabotage our democracy.”

Trump went after “small-necked” Schiff, trying to paint the California Democrat as physically and intellectually tiny. “What size shirt do you need?” the president said, mimicking a tailor talking to Schiff, whom Trump then said would reply: “Um, size 9.”

The president accused Democrats of “trying to overthrow the last election because they know they’re not going to win the next election.” Democrats, however, say Trump tried to bribe Ukraine’s new president with military aid and a White House meeting in return for a public declaration that he would investigate Democrats.

The only problem is this is not an either or situation.

We can't prosecute our way out of this, although there will be some and those will clearly help. We have to restore our foundational values through a lot of sweat and maybe a lot of blood if the sweat is not enough. There are no simplistic magic bullets for this problem.

You touched on several great points in your post.

I believe the primary problems we face are spiritual in nature. Ephesians 6:12 is true.

However, if the Dept of Injustice and the Federal Bureau of Injustice do not do their jobs, and the rule of law fails in this situation to arrest, charge, convict, and punish the coup plotters - then our nations is done.

It's over.

So far, I have very little confidence that Barr will do his job.

And by that, I mean that Obama, Hillary, Soros, Kerry, Holder, Lynch, Brennan, Comey, Clapper, Rice, Podesta, Waters, Schiff, Pelosi, Strzok, Page, McCabe, and ALL of the coup plotters must face justice.

Our nation seems to be completely absent from the coming events prophesied in the Book of Revelation.
