The Democrat whistleblower that Adam Schiff and Nancy Pelosi are propping up in their hollow impeachment attacks on President Trump could be subject to felony false statement charges for not disclosing that he had contacted Schiff before filing his complaint.
Because the whistleblower never disclosed his contacts with Schiff and the House Intelligence Committee (of which Schiff is chairman), the intelligence committee inspector general (ICIG) testified that he had no knowledge of the improper contacts. So he never looked into it.
The Intelligence Community Whistleblower Protection Act requires whistleblowers to contact the Intelligence Committee Inspector General BEFORE contacting Congressional staffers.
Fox News correspondent Catherine Herridge made this bombshell revelation yesterday. The shocking admission adds to the mountain of evidence suggesting that the whistleblower is a left-wing political operative being used to take down Trump.

William Taylor. He testified along with Kent on the first day of these Public interviews.
Sorry about your ban, but you can post his name here on FR all day long.

Oh yeah. That guy. You think he’s the wb and not Ciaramella?
Couple of reasons....
1. He was the first to testify in both cases....hidden testimony & Public testimony.
2. His introductory address reads like the WB complaint.
3. Schitt said WB testimony not necessary because it's all been corroborated by other witnesses. I'll have to go back but I believe when he first said it, only Taylor had testified....I'll try to verify that.
“Because the whistleblower never disclosed his contacts with Schiff and the House Intelligence Committee (of which Schiff is chairman), the intelligence committee inspector general (ICIG) testified that he had no knowledge of the improper contacts. So he never looked into it.”
Why can’t the CIA Director ask the AG to undertake another review, this time ascertaining who changed the whistleblower rules (and for what reason) just before the whistleblower came forward.
Isn’t Taylor a State Department person.
The whistle blower is Intel.
State Dept would have to have used a different IG to file complaint.
I think?
My gut believes no one. :-)
You mean the WB might not exist at all?
I thought about that.
But that would mean the IG has made them up.
IG may be complicit, but I seriously doubt he would put himself on the line like that.
I think they have a patsy, probably Eric C. who agreed to carry the ball initially.
The WB is real...a real plant...Whatever else they say about the wb...I don’t know what we can really believe. What we do know absolutely....is that there is absolutely a connection to Schitt....because they BOTH lied about any interaction.
Yeah, good point. Thanks for the post.
