One can readily see how the tree-huggers, prairie-fairies, Demwits, etc. have done everything to bring construction to a halt. Using the legal system to stop the Wall everywhere. All those bollards sitting there waiting to go up. Hopefully, higher courts will toss out the rulings of Obama’s half-witted appointees.
