A man was taken into custody Saturday after he stabbed a "Baby Trump" protest balloon on display near the University of Alabama, where the president was attending the Crimson Tide's football game against LSU.
Hoyt Hutchinson, 32, was charged with felony first-degree criminal mischief, according to the Tuscaloosa News. The paper reported that Hutchinson posted a Facebook Live video saying he planned to deflate the balloon depicting Trump as a crying baby wearing a diaper and holding a cell phone.

His only hope is to try to get it knocked down to a misdemeanor and plead guilty, or take deferred.
Or go to an Alabama jury, but that risks the felony.

I think I recall someone stabbed one of these in UK when Trump visited as well.
If some anQUEEFAG stole an American flag from a wheelchair bound elderly vet and wiped his candy ass with it not only would he not be arrested but the Dems in the House would put the impeachment crap on hold and reward him(or her or it) the Cong Medal of Honor.

So would the protestors in Alabama be justified in shooting this guy to prevent a felony?
To answer my own question, here in Washington state it is a felony to steal or vandalize something that is more than $800 or so. AND - it is legal to shoot in self defense of a felony.
I for one would not like to test that law - although the way the law is written it would be okay. Some have prevailed.

Wish I could gave heard it deflate...probably sounded like a long, liberal fart. We should crowdfund this guy’s legal defenses.
Hopefully he doesn’t get an 0bama judge or a D prosecutor.
What WE need is a Trump balloon, but NOT of him as a baby, but in a suit with a bright red tie, and a MAGA sash across his chest, and holding an American flag. Inflate that sucker, and then surround it with about a dozen or more Patriots...open carrying. Maybe even (if allowed, and it should be) AR-15’s or some other such “scary” black rifles.
Those piddly-ass weenies couldn’t do anything but wail and cry, because they certainly wouldn’t DARE to do anything to it.
I hope this becomes a common practice everywhere the try to deploy this offencive balloon device
