I'm not sure what your point is. I have shown that the official policy of the Israeli government and the IDF is that females are eligible for combat roles. I have shown that there are coed infantry units in the IDF. Currently, there are three of them. Yes, they are basically stationary defense battalions but that's like saying a combat unit of our National Guard is not a combat unit. The Caracal has engaged in combat. Arab forces are not going to hold back if their plans are to strike where the Caracal is stationed.
Is the IDF dragging its feet to meet the demands of feminists screaming for equality? Yes they are. Is it accurate to say the IDF used to have women in combat roles but not longer do because it didn't work out? No, it is not.

Not long ago, a buddy of mine was removing IEDs to keep regular infantry and others safer in Afghanistan. His vehicle was hit by an IED while moving, and he received head injuries from that. He was in the Guard, and there were no women in the platoons of his unit.

Women were in combat specialties in Israel’s War of Independence. Between 1948 and the late 1990s, no women were allowed to serve in those specialties. We know the reasons for that, and it changed only recently due to the feminists, lawyers and courts. The IDF is trying to prevent losses in other ways.
