It’s over. Recanvas won’t change the outcome.
Prayers up.
Good post, Morgana.
regardless of outcome, Bevin should never concede like that fat, ugly gap-tooth woman down in GA.
Bevin is doing the right thing.
We need people who will fight.
"In the 08 campaign, Republican Sen. Norm Coleman was running for re-election against Democrat Al Franken. It was impossibly close; on the morning after the election, after 2.9 million people had voted, Coleman led Franken by 725 votes. Franken and his Democratic allies dispatched an army of lawyers to challenge the results. After the first canvass, Colemans lead was down to 206 votes. That was followed by months of wrangling and litigation. In the end, Franken was declared the winner by 312 votes. He was sworn into office in July 2009, eight months after the election. During the controversy a conservative group called Minnesota Majority began to look into claims of voter fraud. Comparing criminal records with voting rolls, the group identified 1,099 felons all ineligible to vote who had voted in the Franken-Coleman race." -- Byron York, August 2012
"In November 2015, then-Gov. Steve Beshear (D) signed an executive order restoring the voting rights of more than 100,000 people with felony records in Kentucky. But in December of that year, Beshears successor, Gov. Matt Bevin (R), undid the executive order just as easily taking away from ex-felons what the former governor had given them. Democrat Andy Beshear, the former governors son [has promised] is poised to sign another executive order that restores voting rights to at least some people with felony records after theyve served their sentences potentially increasing the voter rolls by more than 100,000." - G. Lopez, November 2019
This commie Kentucky governor candidate said that the voters spoke loud and clear. Really? With only 4,000 votes separating out of a million and a half? If he officially wins he better not push a hard left agenda. Kentucky at least has a chance. Here in Mexifornia the Repugnicans sometimes don’t even run a candidate. Lame.
One way to eliminate the fraudulent component, and get a lot closer to the legitimate result would be to shave 33 percent off the democrat total.
He cites “irregularities” without citing a specific example.
He reminds me of a democrat...and sore loser.
Impossible without fraudulent engineering, that is.
One of the WORST election practices going is to have voting precincts report their results in real time, publicly, as these counts come available. That only lets the losing side know how many votes they need to just squeak ahead. All official counts should be reported either simultaneously, or sent to a secure custodian who releases the results of the entire race all at once. That is the ONLY way to squash the temptation to fraud.
FWIW....

A state-wide recount where the loser eventually won happened not too long ago in Minnesota. That was when Al Franken eventually discovered enough ballots to overturn the initial results showing that he lost.
I’m not sure if this can be repeated this time.
PRAYING!!!
Isnt it strange that there are always widespread irregularities whenever a democrat wins in a strong republican area by a small margin?
