WHISKEY TANGO FOXTROT Prosecutor Brandon Van Grack sends a letter to Flynns defense team today containing a stunning, almost impossible to comprehend, admission of a mistake central to the claims of the prosecution. In March 2018 the FBI presented notes taken by agents Pientka and Strzok, now they say they made a mistake.
For almost two years the DOJ misidentified, misattributed, and never corrected that the authors of the Flynn interview notes were actually reversed.

NEVER talk to the FBI for any reason under any circumstances. They are liars and crooks. Nothing good ever comes from talking to them.
From what I understand, they won't talk with you if you have recording devices present. That is because everything they do is fraud. If I were on a jury, and the court was presented 302s for evidence, I'd treat them as less valuable than hearsay.
The FBI needs to change the way it conducts these 'interviews'. President Trump could issue an executive order today to require audio/video recording equipment to be used in these sessions. Who could possibly object to that who wasn't interested in perpetuating fraud?
Been there. Done that. Lost the battle. May the Lord strengthen you both.
God forbid that you EVER be interviewed by ANY state entity. If your luck runs out, take a voice recorder with you so your defense can cofront any written evidence, which the court considers Holy Writ.
I read of one guy who had to show up for an "interview", who took along a recorder. When the Feds saw that, they called off the interview.
stall fed horses as opposed to wild
The rat media wouldn’t have reported this development anyway.
What will be a little harder to avoid is the judge’s determination of misconduct, and hopefully some indictments of dirty govt lawyers.
Thanks a little elbow grease.
Sad with you. Cancer is a thief.
reread it they confirmed the error
I would dismiss all FBI testimony since we know what liars they are. Heck, the FBI crime lab, itself, is a crime scene.
As you mentioned, 2 of the prosecutors in Sen. Stevens’ trial were suspended by the DOJ (although the suspensions were later overturned). However, there was a third prosecutor, Nicholas Marsh, involved in that case. He committed suicide at age 37 after things went sour.
Very, very weird.
Back when the Clinton email investigation was underway, I recall people saying, in essence, “OK, Lynch and the top DOJ/FBI people are in the bag for Hillary (of course), but there are honest, good DOJ attorneys and FBI agents who will come forward or leak info. (i.e. become a whistleblower) so that the truth comes out” as Hillary was obviously guilty and the investigation was a sham. But months, months, years go by, and...crickets. There were lots of people in DOJ/FBI who knew what was going on and still haven’t said a word. Likewise, the surveillance of Trump and his campaign plus setting up the Mifsud/Halper stings involved a ton of people (CIA, NSA, DOJ, FBI, WH, etc., someone has to locate and listen/read/transcribe all those phone calls, emails, texts, etc.) and yet, no one comes forward to blow the whistle on these obvious abuses. Why?
Well, suicides and untimely deaths of others might motivate a lot of people to stay quiet. Also, in the Sen. Stevens case there was one FBI agent who came forward as whistle blower and was key in exposing the case—she was ostracized and screwed over by the Bureau. BTW, Mueller was in charge of the FBI when all this went down. Great, great!
There is likely evidence their error is full of BS. We should find out in the near future..
None of us knew how bad it was...
Thumbs Up......
but there are honest, good DOJ attorneys and FBI agents who will come forward or leak info .... crickets.
Exactly. And the exact reason I can no longer listen to a blowhard like Hannity, anymore. Sure, he may have friends in the FBI that come over for a bbq and talk all sorts of sh*t. But, unless you have the moral courage to right a wrong and take a stand, absolutely nothing you save on the back deck matters.
The whole thing, from the initial surveillance - Mueller - Ukrainian Leaker/Ciaramella, has been an attempt to overthrow the government and a duly elected President, by a handful of Leftist “Elites”. I’m pretty sure all of that falls under Treason and Sedition. And I’m pretty sure that all of it would meet the requirements to be taken into custody under the NDAA and held indefinitely until the investigation is complete, indictments handed down and onto convictions.
But, I guess the NDAA is for folks like you and me, not the anointed ones in DC, NYC, LA, Chicago.
