There are no votes or graft money to be made in it right now.
I’m sure there are many people in official capacities in Washington and elsewhere who are putting a lot of thought into the subject of UFOs.
And do what, exactly?
Most of these are likely experimental aircraft which the US would rather detract attention from by having the public fixate on “UFOs”.
There are all sorts of “wonder” aircraft being developed, years in advance of when they may/may not be produced for general use.
Foo Fighters.
It’s not a big deal to us because the world and the people in it have gotten so strange and bizarre already that we are just all like, “Ok, ufo’s, aliens, whatever I don’t care.”
Well, they are what they described, unknown or unexplained.
Taken further, if they are earth based it means some other country has developed flying objects far beyond our known science. Would not be a good thing but there seems no likelihood that is the case. Even when Aurora was being developed by us, there were seemingly enough signs to know it was ours.
Otherwise, it is indeed an extra planetary force. So, what to do. Well, given “their” science is very superior to ours (getting here from light years away) and would conceivebably wipe us out in the blink of an eye if they wanted to, why worry. Remember, when they get here, they will eat the fat ones first. Just watch for the ones with the cook book: to serve man.
Who says UFOs are not on the military’s radar? It would be highly classified and not something the public would be told.

If UFOs were of extraterrestrial origin, and confirmation of their existence would undermine the well being of the public and cause widespread panic, the Democrats would have leaked that information by now.
They are US expiremental aircraft. They now have a cover story to explain their presence when not expected. If this were tech that our military didn’t know about shit would be hitting the fan right now and we would know something really threatens us.
The Feds aren’t making much of it because those ‘UFO’s aren’t alien - they’re ours. Why else would they be allowed to operate within military airspace without being fired upon?
Allot of military guys ( especially radar guys) saw all kinds of unexplained stuff and their info was taken by the men in black coats.

UFOs = Test Planes
Quix would have loved this thread.
Congress is full of UFOs.
> the U.S. Navy has publicly acknowledged that the advanced aircraft depicted in several recently declassified gun-camera videos are UFOs, or what the Navy prefers to call Unidentified Aerial Phenomenon (UAPs) <
That sentence contradicts itself. The Navy has NOT acknowledged UFOs. They have acknowledged UAPs. Is there a difference? You bet.
A UFO is generally thought of as something from another planet. Its an alien ship. A UAP is simply something that the Navy cannot - or will not - identify. A UAP could be some kids toy drone that wandering into government airspace.
