Yep.
The Turks creatures.
They gave the guy up as part of a deal.
*************************************
What the Turks got out of the deal is that they avoided pissing off President Trump.
Military maxim: if the enemy is in range, so are you.
UAVs allow us to get close to the enemy without exposing our people to enemy fire. I don't know the details, but I could see the value in being able to have our people high above the action, staying out of range of ground fire.
Meanwhile, the UAVs under their control go roam around the streets and rooftops, peeking in windows, looking for targets, scanning for electronic signals, locating positions of "interesting" cell phones, and providing precision targeting for weapons.
THAT sounds pretty useful.
Wow. Amazing.
I think of today and then I think of fighting a war where the QUICKEST you could get an update is 7 weeks or so (Revolutionary War)
I THINK it took six weeks for the ships to get back to England and I don’t think they sailed out the day after after every battle they won or lost.
As a matter of fact, it sounds insane to fight a war like that.
But then it sounds insane that we once paid 5 dollars a minute to talk to my uncle in CA from NY :)
Times change
Hey! That’s Quid Pro Quo! /s

But they don’t learn: check out MSNBC news - lamenting that the bad guys will come to get us for sure now that the leader was blown up (with a dog) (no pigs handy). Good doggie.
Quite
Well, that video was worth absolute squat.
The only good thing that ever came out of Turkey was Kangal Shepherds.
Found mine in the Animal Shelter, was still just a puppy.
Now he weighs 137 pounds, he’s a good boy.
