IRBIL, Kurdistan 24 - A leader of the People’s Protection Units (YPG) said on Sunday that ISIL leader Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi had fled to the northern provinces of Idlib.
The region is controlled by opposition factions backed by Ankara.
