We shouldn’t be too hard on Meghan. She was raised by “Songbird John” who made propaganda broadcasts for North Vietnam in which he called our military war criminals, to get special medical attention.
Her mother is a junky who stole her drugs from a charity rather than spending her inherited fortune.
Raised by those two she didn’t much of a chance to developmuch character.
