I think we’ll ALL ‘Never-Trumpers’ the moment we violate his ‘set of rules’ regarding how we have to behave towards Trump.

You need to read more FR comments. They may not be direct and open Never Trumpers but there are many—those hyping Lyn’ Ted, pimping Gabbard, etc.
