They are coming for our guns. Choosing HQ is a small matter at this point. This is the hill many of us die on. Alberta being a part of the US comes with issues too, but we do get the constitution and thousands upon thousands of us would defend it with our lives.

The last time Canada had a mandatory gun registry there were MLAs in Alberta openly packing heat when they conducted business in the provincial capital -- daring the Chretien government to do something about it.
Nothing was ever done, and the gun registry quietly died.
Your military is incapable of anything more complicated than United Nations peacekeeping missions, and your national police force is an armed group of 19,000 RCMP officers that couldn't even fill the Molson Centre in Montreal for a Canadiens game.
