Can anyone explain just why ugly sports shoes are so expensive and so popular? They are made for pennies by communist slaves, mostly women and children, yet the so-called, self-identified *woke* will go to the mat for them, because profits.

I’m a big Cleveland Cavalier and Lebron James fan, but Lebron is just wrong. I can’t imagine an NBA player being fined or corrected for expressing his opinion about a political situation in another country. Proof: Enes Kantor, has made scathing remarks about Turkey and Erdogan, with no repercussions. Enes’s family is held in Turkey and Enes fears for his life even in London because of hit squads from Turkey.
That’s real freedom of speech. Telling the truth without fearing the consequences.
I’m not sure if Lebron is politically naive about China (like he was about Obama) or doesn’t care about their repression in Hong Kong. I’ll wait and see what he says.

Nike has become extremely rich marketing those shoes as the “cool” shoes. Michael Jordan put them on the map. I don’t like LeBron at all..but I did like Jordan. And then Kapernick...they had his ugly mug with the word “sacrifice” underneath. What the F did he sacrifice?
