Many airlines are making efforts to be more inclusive. For example, earlier this year we saw airlines for the first time add a non-binary gender option when booking travel, including the option to select “X” as your gender (rather than “M” or “F”).
Air Canada is largely a progressive airline, and La Presse reports on an internal memo that has been sent to employees. Currently Air Canada’s flight attendants, gate agents, and pilots, refer to passengers as “ladies and gentlemen” when making announcements, but they’ll soon be updating their phrasing to be more gender neutral.

If I was on one of those flights I’d go out of my way to constantly address the flight crew and other passengers as “Ma’am” Miss” “Sir”.

Don’t get me wrong I love Canada but with all they have they should be a near super power. They have embraced every bad idea we and England ever had and made them worse. Grew up a country boy, the son of a minister, around mostly farmers. College educated and almost 40 years in banking/ bank related business. I really, really miss morality and common sense in the public square.

To really be inclusive they should use the word that is the most inclusive of them all, which includes all humans and a few other species: Primates

Speaking of French. When will they start the push to eliminate male and female nouns....they are differentiated by a Le or a la.
I don’t think the French will go along ... especially the Parisians.
My one and only experience with this “airline” was trying to get home from Venice Italy on one of their planes. Waited for 12 hours in that nasty airport while AC flew a replacement plane across the Atlantic since their one and only plane in Venice broke down. The plane they sent was a 767 built in 1989 (this was in 2013), that truly looked and sounded like it was going to fall apart. Think the biplane scene from “It’s a Mad Mad Mad Mad World”.
