This isn’t the half of it.

The newest “disease with its own civil rights” is now front and center as a consideration when it comes to donating blood to the general population pool. Even though the FDA recently relaxed the deferral requirements for men who have sex with men to one year from the the most recent sexual encounter, that wasn’t good enough for the biological terrorist homo left. They are still screaming “DISCRIMINATION!” over a very real risk that the blood supply will be compromised.

For instance, the sodomites claim that heterosexuals can engage in the same behavior that they do without a deferral for one year. This is a disingenuous claim. Male homosexuals remain through the stratosphere as the prime vectors for HIV transmission. For a woman to be deferred, she would have to have a reasonably high exposure HIV through her male partner, i.e. a man who has had sex with another man. Such encounters by women with MSM ARE already deferred.

Here’s another scenario that the faggots are screeching about. One deferral requirement is by association:

Defer for 12 months from the most recent contact any individual who has a history of sex with a person who: has ever had a positive test for HIV, ever exchanged sex for money or drugs, or ever engaged in non-prescription injection drug use.
(https://www.fda.gov/vaccines-blood-biologics/blood-blood-products/revised-recommendations-reducing-risk-human-immunodeficiency-virus-transmission-blood-and-blood)

Many fags claim that they are “monogamously committed” to a partner who is infected with HIV but that they practice “safe sex” and have a very low risk of transmitting the virus. This will be their next attack point; that having sex with someone HIV-infected shouldn’t disqualify IN THE LEAST from donating blood to the national blood supply.

Talk about civil rights: ever wonder why HIPAA was enacted?

The Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 was enacted by the 104th United States Congress and signed by President Bill Clinton in 1996. It was created primarily to modernize the flow of healthcare information, stipulate how Personally Identifiable Information maintained by the healthcare and healthcare insurance industries should be protected from fraud and theft, and address limitations on healthcare insurance coverage.

It had everything to do with "privacy rights" for AIDS-infected gays not being required to name their partners.
