‘Equal Justice Under the Law’ is so far from the truth the words should be remove from the Supreme Court building.
And it’s not just fedgov. There was a judge in Orlando that got a DUI but had it dropped when his laywers convinced the court that the breathalyzer machine was inaccurate.
Meanwhile, 1000s of little people had already been tried and convicted based on results of that same machine.
He had $$$ and knew all the good lawyers.
