Nancy really does not want a vote (imho) because she is still looking for a way to walk this circus back into the tent.
Of course at this point the wild animals have pooped all over the street....so the mess is kinda public.
The Dems don’t want a vote now because they want to set the narrative while the doormat GOP Senate does nothing. And of course drag this out until November 2020.
