This Ca. Law will be tossed out.
One can only wish.
Several other states have red flag laws and they haven’t been tossed out. The only difference between them and the new California law is who can make a complaint with the police. A soon to be divorced spouse is no more credible than a co-worker, it’s ridiculous to allow either of them a part in this.
These laws are blatantly unconstitutional but I’m not holding my breath for any of our courts to do their jobs and defend our rights.
