Jane Fonda, a liberal Hollywood celebrity long known for activism and outspokenness – soon plans to leave Tinseltown and relocate to the nation’s capital, at least temporarily.
And according to the Los Angeles Times, the 81-year-old actress (who’ll turn 82 in December) even has a goal in mind: to get arrested.
Fonda told the newspaper she plans to spend about four months in Washington for a series of sit-ins and rallies – after getting an OK from Netflix to take time off from her series “Grace and Frankie” with Lily Tomlin.

Jane Fonda started life as an attractive airhead, quickly graduated to attractive treasonous airhead, and is no longer attractive. The only way that bitter, withered woman can get a man to pay attention is to get arrested, and she’ll be lucky even to get a quick pat down.
Hopefully she’ll be joining her stupid brother soon.
I’m sure she’s arranged, without any sense of irony, to be guarded by many men with guns also.
I guess any publicity is good publicity when you’re a washed up has-been.

She may find it very difficult to get arrested inDC. Protesters don’t get arrested or convicted in DC.She has another objective. There must be a group recruiting her because they need leadership.

I wonder if Jane Fonda is planning on being part of an anti-Trump protest at next Thursday’s Women for Trump rally on the DC mall? That rally has had very little publicity, at least that I have seen
She’s getting a little old for going to the slam.
I saw her interview on the local DC news last night. She looks pretty good for an 80 year old.
However, she must think it’s as easy to control the climate as it apparently is to control her sagging face and wrinkles.

At 81 and not being in anything of note since who knows when, more than a few have no clue who she is. Those who do know, couldn’t care less.
If she has any brains at all she will stay away from the Vietnam Veterans Memorial..some things are never forgotten like her traitorous acts..
