We all know there's such a thing as a push poll. We also know that a heckuva lot of pollsters get their results wrong.
Nevertheless, here's an unwelcome Fox News poll result being reported as news and being flashed, at least at first, in red letters at the center of the page on the Drudge Report:
Just over half of voters want President Trump impeached and removed from office, according to a Fox News Poll released Wednesday.
A new high of 51 percent wants Trump impeached and removed from office, another 4 percent want him impeached but not removed, and 40 percent oppose impeachment altogether. In July, 42 percent favored impeachment and removal, while 5 percent said impeach but don't remove him, and 45 percent opposed impeachment.
Details about the poll, which should have been placed near the top of the piece, instead could be found only way down at the bottom:
Conducted October 6–8, 2019 under the joint direction of Beacon Research (D) and Shaw & Company (R), this Fox News Poll includes interviews with 1,003 randomly chosen registered voters nationwide who spoke with live interviewers on both landlines and cellphones. The poll has a margin of sampling error of plus or minus three percentage points for all registered voters.
It's undoubtedly a lot of randomly selected registered voters, even if it's not 51%, and that's likely a reflection of the wall-to-wall negative media coverage President Trump has gotten over this impeachment whistleblower issue, which I've seen on television news broadcasts. Those are the ones that claim Biden did "nothing wrong" in his family lining their pockets with Ukrainian oligarch cash to head off corruption inquiries (latest news: Biden himself reportedly took a $900,000 payoff from the Ukrainian gas company) with little regard for the facts about this sorry spectacle —

Summary, Faux News poll seriously over sampled Dems. However, the 24/7/365 Negative News by the LameStream Media IS having a negative affect on President Trump.
We must be FULLY ENGAGED, highly responsive and, be willing to go to the mat for the man or, the dems will overrun all of us and President Trump.
Well, then there is no need to go through all this rigamorale when the election will provide the answer … right?

They should poll how many of us expect to be compelled to kill people as part of CW2 if President Trump is removed from office.
I’ll bet those numbers would be significantly high... maybe more than 50%, since even those FOR impeachment might agree.

The Fox poll on Real Clear politics actually show Biden going up 5 points from the prior Fox poll. Completely unbelievable and out of line with all the other polls that show Warren winning.
And my guess is that the other polls are tempering the drop in Biden’s polling because they probably view it as a possible aberation.
Remember everyone keep lying to pollsters it destroys the data. Always lie to them we don’t believe them anyhow let them make fact based decisions using garbage data

Pew researchers have actually harrumphed that those polled have a civic & moral obligation to answer them truthfully.

I don’t think there is much of a chance that President Trump will be impeached or, especially, removed from office. But I do think if the latter happened there would be blood on the streets. There would be targeted assassinations.
Frankly, I would have said the same about Obama even though he did deserve to be impeached.
The best chance for avoiding war is to be prepared for war. Personally, I think it is pretty much inevitable in America and only a matter of time. We’ll see.
I’m not sure how anticipating this makes me a “tough guy”. I have no desire for war or to be forced to take anyone’s life (or for anyone to take mine for that matter). But, like early patriots, I am willing to fight if I must.
What would the founders do if they were alive today? I think they would have saddled up decades ago and fought to the death to preserve life and liberty over the politics of death and tyranny. They would not have stood by and let abortion happen. They would not have stood by and let marriage get redefined. They would not have stood by and allowed children to be adopted or foster-parented by homosexuals. They would not have stood by and let sexual perversion be pushed on children in our schools and libraries. We too are patriots, but we are apparently not cut from the same cloth as they were.
Another opinion on a different thread is that Shep helped fudge the numbers to skew this poll. It was found out, and that’s why Shep’s gone. Just someone’s opinion, FWIW.
