Those op-ed pieces by Michael Avanatti and Mr. KellyAnne Conway though, those were totally legit.
The lefties are whipping the media into line - telling them what stories not to run, what stories to run, and how to run them.
If the Dems get back into power, the payoffs will make a billion look like chump change.
Scratch a leftist and you get a fascist who wants to censor everything they don’t like.
Dems are stillborn this cycle and the smart ones know it, this cycle’s objective should be to knee cap the radical left... so the party can moderate for 2024 when they will have an honest shot at the white house.
To do this, they need to have a radical win the nomination, and then go down in flames.
If Biden or some other “moderate”, and Biden only looks moderate, because the rest of them are whackadoo.... and he loses 15-35 the radical left just grows because they will argue “SEE, WE WEREN’T LEFT ENOUGH!”.... and will continue to gain influence .
However if a far left whackadoo runs, and goes down in flames with less than 10 states... then that entire argument goes away, the more moderate players win the argument and the party moderates for 2024.
This, IMHO, is what the whole impeachment thing is about, it will almost certainly take out Biden.... and hand the nomination to Warren or some other far left whackadoo... It will also ensure that the opposition base is fired up to Defcon 5... So, regardless of who the D nominee is, they will get slaughtered.
When the NY Slimes runs such material it’s pretty clear that the Democrat Party is shoving you out the door.
The NY Times is NOT a friend of Joe Biden, subtly shifting their allegiances to the radical wing of the Democrat (Socialist) side of the current crop of candidates.
There is no longer the Democrat party of yesteryear. It has mutated into this cancerous monstrosity that shares no commonality at all with even Jimmy Carter, or LBJ before him.
The disease was already well advanced by the time Slick left office, and the party had become a cult of personalities.
Moderate??? Now where are they gonna find one of those?

Biden’s action here is evidence that, in the past, he successfully got a lot of stories buried.
