Kasich: GOP Should Be Calling for Impeachment Inquiry
Breitbart ^ | 8 October 2019 | Pam Key

Posted on 10/09/2019 7:39:10 AM PDT by Magnatron

On Tuesday’s broadcast of CNN’s “Anderson Cooper 360,” former Gov. John Kasich (R-OH) said Republican lawmakers should be calling for the impeachment inquiry into President Donald Trump to continue.

Cooper asked, “Governor, Kasich what’s if going to take for other Republicans on the Hill to actually speak their minds on this? Assuming that there are some who, you know, believe what the president did was wrong that it was wrong to ask China to investigate the Bidens, a repressive regime like China not known for their fair and impartial investigations at the very least, is it going to take just them sensing a groundswell among Republican voters?”

Kasich said,”I think so, Anderson. Look, this is the thing that I have a hard time understanding. We know how bad this is. We know what the president did was wrong. Why wouldn’t everybody want to get to the bottom of this?”

Will history remember John Kasich?

I don’t think so.

He’s among many Repukes who decided it was easier to join the club, get a ton of money in the process, and give token resistance to show the voters they’re “trying” to fight back against the left. GOP voters stand unanimously behind President Trump because it isn’t business as usual with him when dealing with the problems of the nation, and he doesn’t take s**t from the left as most DC Repukes do. He fights! They don’t!

“He buddied up with Gary Condit.”

And Joe Scarborough — in their little orgy club. If not for 9/11 changing focus on ... well ... everything, they’d probably have gone to prison.

It happens to all of them. I’ve always said....send a good man to DC and he’ll turn into a politician. And wishy washy is what politicians do.

I agree, we need to get to the Bottom of OBAMA enlisting Foreign Governments and our very own FBI, CIA to SPY on Political Opponents.

His puppet masters disapproved of his rational statement from a few days ago.
John, you are a muppet, not a man. Remember your place next time. Open your mouth ONLY when we are pulling its strings.

I think there are many republican functionaries that don’t understand that the general appeal of the republican brand to most Trump supporters is dead forever.

If the repubs sacrifice Trump to their venal hope of office holding, most of us are never to support them in any form again.

I would vote to drop further down the socialist sewer in hopes of prompting instability before I would vote for scum like Kasich.

The upside of this nonsense is that it seems likely to FINALLY drive a stake through the heart of the useless Republican Party.

Bring on the new MAGA Party.

I could not agree more. That day cannot come too soon.

The feckless, weak and unprincipled GOP is what it is and is never going to change. Period. I don’t know why some people don’t see that reality.

A new party that actually stands for something and is willing to fight for is not a pipe dream, it is a necessity.

What happened to Kasich? Money, money, money makes the world go ‘round. People like Kasich dance to the tune of whoever their paymaster is.

Out here’n the cheap seats it simply appears that the ones screeching like wounded eagles are particularly worried their own perfidy and graft has been exposed, regardless of whether they are media talking heads or pols. The collapse of their credibility is complete. They aren’t trying to persuade based on any basis other than saving their own hide. What is astonishing in all this, is we keep seeing them plumb the depths of insanity, and everybody is scratching their heads wondering how much weirder can these people get? Pretty damn weird.

If nothing else, the president deserves a medal for ripping the masks off, it needed to be done.

Kasich got married to a high-maintenance wife sometime after he left Congress. Soon after, he ran for governor and won. His wife loves the money and the prestige that came with it all. He liked all that attention, too. He’s just like every other politician.

Republican functionaries have long ceased caring. It is an illusion. They have constituents, but they aren’t the voters. Neither party very much represents the voting public, for different reasons. We’re seeing the curtain pulled back, and they don’t like that very much.

Yet another reason there should be term limits.

Kasuck pretended to care about deficits while helping to keep the borders open and the laws unenforced.

THE most important bipartisan project of the last 30 years has been the fundamental transformation of the USA into North Mexico.

What we really need to get to the bottom of is how an ineligible Kenyan from Indonesia was allowed into office in violation of the Constitution.

I agree.

Disruptive, self-serving retards like Romney, Weld, Kasich, Flake, etc. will be the death of that end of the party. Nobody I know listens to these useless idiots anyway.

Thank God this disgusting RINO never got anywhere close to the Republican nomination for president. He’s still bitter about that, apparently.
