Let's give Morning Joe some modified credit. On today's show, Democrat House Intelligence Chair Adam Schiff was criticized for not telling the truth when Sam Stein asked him on the show's September 17th episode whether his committee had spoken with the whistleblower. Schiff denied it to Stein. In fact, the whistleblower had contacted the committee, and they spoke.
Offered Stein today:
"I will say, this puts him in some trouble. He clearly wasn't being forthright in that interview with us a couple weeks ago. And he should have been."

Wasn’t being forthright? In my world that’s called lying.
I get the feeling that, when all is said and done, Schiff is not really a very smart man. I think he’s just had people covering for him his whole life. Like the son of the mayor in a small town, drunk driving and such, always brought home by the local sheriff who just keeps it under wraps.
And when his protectors are blocked, we get to see him for what he really is.
Anybody who cannot see that Schiff’s team helped to write the fake whistleblower’s complaint is being willfully blind.
Journalists don’t mind lying to us, and they don’t mind when politicians lie to us, but Joe is offended that a political operative lied to him? Pathetic.
It was not a normal lie—it was a double whopper-with cheese!
The Democrat Party admires its hacks for not being forthright. They see it as revolutionary fervor for the success of the Party

If Schiff lied to anyone else, including other comrades in the lefty media, they wouldn’t care. They’d secretly be cheering for such deceptions if they are a part of the get-Trump agenda

Most politicians aren’t that bright. They are clever, and good at reading and manipulating people, but not necessarily smart.
When one spends most of one’s time thinking about oneself, and how to advance in the world, it doesn’t leave much time for developing other aspects of intelligence.

Someone posted on a thread last night the actual rules/laws that the committee and whistleblowers can not do. The big one was to contact the committee directly. I would like to see that again.

It was instantly obvious. The hand of legal assistance was readily apparent.
Schiff is probably smart but his getting away with lying has made him lazy. He is not used to it not working
So, even if the Trump haters spin this as a little white lie(sounds kinda...RRRAAACIST,doesn’t it?) what else is Shffhead lying about? Would this be considered, from a legal perspective te fruit of the poisoned tree?
