About 8 years ago I heard a plane flying over and checked it out. It was a B24, the first and last one I’ve ever seen, my father flew those.
There are a couple around. You can really tell a difference in how they sound. Much smoother than a a B17.

Local Boston radio reported five dead.
This hits close to home for me as my son volunteered at the Collings Foundation during the Spring.
He got to know a lot of the staff well.
