I’m not familiar with that regimen and most importantly there are no FDA studies / approval that it does reduce CVE. Although definitely cheaper Vescepa has no side effects as it is a highly purified EPA Omega 3 (with all DHA Omega 3 removed which is the key versus over the counter Fish oil)

It is also known that Vescepa significantly lowers internal inflammation. Inflammation is getting more and more scientific interest as it is believed to cause many health maladies.

The VA currently has a long term study going on with Vescepa to determine if it helps with Alzheimer’s as recent studies indicate inflammation might be playing a part in those afflicted. I’m sure at the same time they will be collecting data to see if there are any other disease correlations.

Vescepa is four pills a day. A lot easier to take, much better results, no side effects and cheaper than the bi-monthly injection of the drug Rapetha that hit the market a year or two ago for CVE reduction.
