Hillary has been the real candidate all along. Most of the 20 lunatics have been stalking horses for someone like Hillary waiting in the wings
Doubtful Hillary will ever formally announce. She will just wait until she is all but begged to enter and save the Democrats
If she does formally announce, it will be primarily to protect herself from prosecution by making it political
