Federal prosecutors have accused President Donald Trump‘s former national security advisor Michael Flynn of making frivolous document production requests that are not actually related to his defense at all but are instead an attempt to fuel outrage by spreading conspiracy theories about the Russiagate investigation. And one of those theories was allegedly suggested by Rep. Devin Nunes (R-CA).
In a 41-page motion filed with the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia on Tuesday, U.S. Attorney Jesse K. Liu and her top lieutenants Brandon Van Granck and Jocelyn Ballantine argued that Flynn’s recent request for potentially exculpatory evidence known as Brady material is a sideshow with no genuine legal bearing on his case–which is currently in a very slow-drip sentencing phase.

Yup, Trump has the authority to control the DOJ. But the Deep State has been threatening Trump with impeachment if he tried to take control of the DOJ.
So Trump held back, and look what the Deep State is doing anyway. They are impeaching him.
On day one, a president should do what's right. Take control of what you have authority to take control of, the DOJ!
President Trump should pardon Flynn and put a stop to this whole farce.

That’s what his cabinet members are for. No question Sessions was a horrible choice, and others weren’t so hot as well.
But he had had no experience in government. How do you identify thousands of people who are eventually found to be bad actors, and how do you find the right people to replace them with?

The prosecutors politicizing of case should be a red flag to any judge that this is exactly what it seems; a political prosecution.
