Acting Director of National Intelligence Joseph Maguire is set to testify Thursday morning before the House Intelligence Committee about a whistleblower's complaint that helped trigger a formal impeachment inquiry against President Trump.
The Hill will be providing updates as the hearing unfolds beginning at 9 a.m.
Halls are packed nearly two hours before hearing
7:30 a.m.
Press cameras lined the hallways more than two hours before the high stakes hearing was set to begin.
Members of the public also began forming lines hours beforehand in the hopes they could hear Maguire speak about his handling of the whistleblower complaint.
Maguire says “the whistleblower did the right thing.”
For sure.
As Nunes stated, the Damnocrats are seeking sound bytes.
So far he has given them one: The Whistleblower’s complaint is credible. Grrr.
What did you want him to say? “The whistleblower sucks ass and is a traitor, and his/her name is.....” They are using the DNI for sound bytes.

I stand by my impression of stupidity when he said the whistleblower acted in good faith.

If he believes that this whistleblower acted in good faith than Maguire, by me, is stupid.
If he does not believe it but is doing the Republican thing of being nice with air between legs, than he’s a liar.
Either direction drives down my impression of this guy.
