Acting Director of National Intelligence Joseph Maguire is set to testify Thursday morning before the House Intelligence Committee about a whistleblower's complaint that helped trigger a formal impeachment inquiry against President Trump.
The Hill will be providing updates as the hearing unfolds beginning at 9 a.m.
Halls are packed nearly two hours before hearing
7:30 a.m.
Press cameras lined the hallways more than two hours before the high stakes hearing was set to begin.
Members of the public also began forming lines hours beforehand in the hopes they could hear Maguire speak about his handling of the whistleblower complaint.
The Dems will just pivot. The story will change on a daily basis. Leak, leak, leak. Meanwhile, the GOP will do nothing substantively.
But he just gave the Damnocrats another soundbyte.
Real simple question..........since the “whistleblower” has no direct knowledge of the conversation, WHERE AND WHO IS THE REAL WHISTLEBLOWER and why didn’t he or she come forward?
Even partisan mole complaints based on hearsay from anonymous alleged "officials".

And the DNI is rather inept. Been listening while getting things going this morning. The guy might be good in his job but is not competent and doesn’t speak well on his feet. Surprised he is not re-phrasing or object to the language or characterization of the complaint, people involved, handling of materials, etc. Makes the members of congress sound smart.

I have no issue with Whistleblowers, they need protection however: I have an issue with someone who has no first hand knowledge of ANY wrongdoing and now we have flipp’in Rats using this to try to influence the public. The MSM is complicit because they simply hate the man. I am so ashamed of this charade.

He’s the acting DNI. No coincidence this treasonous hit job was pulled at this time on POTUS. It’s also makes clear why the Senate GOP blocked Trump’s excellent DNI nom, Ratcliffe.

If Russians or Chinese are going to interfere in our elections that's where they go - to Detroit or Chicago and areas where the vote isn't watched. Where people are afraid to question strange results because they fear being called racists.
Acting DNI Joseph Maguire needs to look into this because the Russians and Chinese aren't stupid and they KNOW where cheating is not going to be looked at too closely.
Sounds like someone who would be willing to wear a wire.
