Utah Republican Rep. Chris Stewart announced...that the explosive whistleblower complaint concerning President Trump's July call with Ukraine's leader has been declassified -- and Stewart said that it doesn't contain any damning information. "I encourage you all to read it," Stewart tweeted. The complaint was not immediately available to the public, but was expected to be released Thursday morning...He continued, "The entirety of it is focused on this one thing, and that's the transcript of one phone call, the transcript that was released this morning."

1.) He does not qualify under the Intel Community Whistle Blower Act as a “Whisle Blower” as the person he is reporting about is not an employee of an intel agency — a requirement in the Act.
2.) He was determined to have political motivation.
So, ergo, he is a Leaker and a Leaker about Presidential Communications.

Yesterday I read an article in The Washington Free Beacon that Chuck Todd was claiming there was no impropriety in the Hunter Biden/Ukraine job arrangement. Republican Louisiana Senator John N. Kennedy was on Todd's show, and argued back: "Do You Think They Got Hunter Biden’s Name Off ZipRecruiter?"
It's pretty obvious that Biden got his kid the job during that visit. Hunter Biden and Chelsea Clinton, both got jobs they weren't qualified for, because of who their parents are.
