Trump is a man of action, unlike most politicians. He also has a powerful mind, both in thinking skills and memory, also unlike most politicians. In his business world, he didn’t rely on lots of paperwork of the busywork type. He prefers tangible accomplishments.
That’s fine, but Federal law requires these documents to be preserved. That’s why the White House hires a guy to tape them all together at the end of the day. LOL.
