It was going to be Hillary Clinton against Trump.
These two brain trusts couldn’t show support for Trump from weeks before the Republican Convention until about six weeks prior to the November election. It took them months to figure out Trump’s platform was better than Hillary’s.
Four days before the election, Cruz took a pass on mentioning Trump’s name, but wants us to think he was supporting Trump at that point.
Cruz spent less than 12 hours supporting Trump in 2016, and that includes his “no Trump mention” at one campaign stop.
These guys could have spent months getting not only their own people in line, but a lot of others to help keep Hillary from winning.
We had Trump’s stellar business background up against the Arkansas Mafia Moll. Still, these two couldn’t figure it out. It took months of dedicated study for them to figure it out, and then only token support.
Frankly, it’s disgusting to see either of their names associated with something decent Trump does.
No two bigger opportunists exist.
