The whistleblower complaint related to President Trump's discussions with a foreign leader filed by a member of the U.S. intelligence community involves Ukraine, according to The Washington Post.
Two sources familiar with the situation told the Post that the conversation that sparked a whistleblower complaint about an "alarming" promise made by Trump during a recent discussion with a foreign leader involved Ukraine.
It wasn't reportedly clear whether Trump's conversation that sparked the complaint was specifically with Ukraine's president, but the Post reports that Trump did have a discussion with the newly-elected Ukrainian leader, Volodymyr Zelensky, just weeks before it was filed.
Democrats on the House Intelligence Committee say they were refused a briefing on the contents of the whistleblower complaint by Trump's acting director of national intelligence, Joseph Maguire, but received a briefing on the handling of the issue earlier Thursday.

The Democrat controlled House Intelligence Committee is an Oxymoron (with an emphasis on “MORON”). There are no “intelligence” Democrats on that Committee nor is the Committee actually doing any real work on “intelligence” and safeguarding America.
My hope is that all the Dems on it eat in the House cafeteria and die from food poisoning, slowly, painfully, and on camera.

In that case, all the Democrats in Congress and their staff should be investigated because they talked to the President, McConnell, Pelosi and Schumer and that is a prime example of our leaders talking to a bunch of clowns (and circuses are no longer “proper” for people to see or hear).

Before everyone gets excited, the source for this is the WP, hardly a reliable source. And as others have said, there are a lot of deep-staters and Trump haters in the intel community who know making accusations that can’t be substantiated publicly will create problems for Trump. And the more the deep state/Dems/Rhinos etc can create an atmosphere of “there must be something there if so much is being claimed” the stupid among us will not vote for Trump. That is the whole reason for Naddler and Schiff’s BS hearings.

And as it happens Ellen Nakashima and Greg Miller broke this whistleblower story, which was immediately snapped up and regurtitated by other press outlets just like their story created in cooperation with Crowdstrike and the DNC on the DNC server breach. Now, granted, it's this reporter's job to report on such stories, but Ellen probably had a bit closer access to Sue Gordon compared to reporters from other media companies with similar responsibilities.
Note the person saying this about Ellen Nakashima being the goto reporter for Crowdstrike an the DNC is Scott Ritter, an internationalist who has been accused of being recruited by Russia...and he took money from al Khafagi to produce antisanctions vids for Iraq. Just finding this story curious, wondering what the DNC is up to next..
