Of course you are correct. Humidity seriously sucks. I confess, I had no idea what “humidity” was until I was almost 20. I really struggled with it for a long time. Then I went to Jump School at Fort Benning in July. That fixed it. It really comes down to how you prefer your underwear. Gritty with sand or soaked in sweat.
I was in Israel twice and it’s hot but the shade provides great relief. When it’s humid the shade doesn’t really make you feel any better. There is no escape. Nighttime is worse. You can’t sleep. Thank God for AC.
