Interesting approach. Trying to get out ahead of the FED and influence the FED.

unconstitutional- governments can’t just ban things when there is no evidence it is causing harm- The harm is from OTHER substances- not the flavored flavors- This will very likely go to SC, as it violates a company’s right ot market products have been used since 2001 with no ill effects to speak of, and which have helped millions of people quit something that actually DOES kill people- tobacco cigarettes- - the harm is coming from just certain products like THC- not flavored juices-

The state can try to make the case that flavored juices are marketed to kids, but that will be a tough row to hoe-

We (society) should have a social contract with our youth. Here is what Newt Gingrich (1997) said although he didn't mention nicotine:

Civilization cannot survive with twelve-year-olds having babies, fifteen-year-olds shooting one another, seventeen-year-olds dying of AIDS, and eighteen-year-olds graduating with diplomas they cannot read.

Thousands of kids are vaping, becoming addicted and unable to give up nicotine as adults. We as a society need to step in. I support Melania.

That’s really great NY, helping all of those kids develop a taste for tobacco.

I don’t mind harmful (or potentially harmful) things banned from minors and kept actually less attractive to minors. I’m ok with the banning of kiddie flavors but I don’t know how well it will work. Like banning cannabis to children. Great law, doesn’t completely work.

Run out and corner the market on branded flavored fuel, and you will triple your money in a year...

Geez. Why can't they let the consumer decide for himself? I don't smoke or use e-cigs, but from what I know, an e-cig is a thousand times less harmful than a regular cigarette. In is probably less harmful than a shot of whiskey.

6 people in 10+ years died from vaping. How many from stinky sticks? Why not ban them?

Follow the money. This looks like BT trying to save their future junkies from vaping instead of smoking their death sticks!

I don't know anyone who started vaping that didn't eventually stop smoking.

Kids are gonna either smoke or vape. Make it harder for them to vape and they're gonna smoke! It's something kids do. It's been their bread and butter for a few centuries. Vapins gotta be cuttin into their sales!

E cigs can be flavored with anything. Why is tobacco “flavor” ok? Its still a flavor.

And Fredo’s brother would get reelected again if and when he runs.
People in this state, mainly NYC are as dumb as they come.
And the rest of us suffer...
