Remains to be seen. I would like to see a legal challenge. Places of public accommodation should be forced to abide by the laws of the community in which they do business. If open carry is the law in that state, a business shouldnt be allowed to deny access to someone who is acting within the law.
Agree. But what’s going to happen is, someone like this is going to get banned and there’s going to be video that shows him acting like an ass and giving WM every reason to give him the boot. But this person will fight it in court and it will end up at SCOTUS and then we have the dilemma all lawyers are taught to avoid: “If you don’t know the answer, don’t ask the question in court”.
Pushing OC could end up having some very much unintended consequences. CCW and be done with it.
