I worked at AT&T network operations....our switches were overloaded so we had to stop traffic from coming into Manhattan only allowing egress....The wallboard was lite up like a Xmas tree....We just stared at the TV monitors in disbelief.....it was horrible......
I imagine that it was a nightmare of a day for you...as it was for all of us.
